Use any contactless credit or debit card, mobile payment, the Livello app, or an NFC employee card to unlock the fridge.

2. SELECT

Customers can take out or return products freely. The digital display shows the shopping cart in real time.

3. ENJOY

Once the door closes, the total amount for all selected items is automatically charged, and a digital receipt is generated via QR code.

How can I update products in the Smart Kiosk?

You can manage all items centrally in Mission Control, where you can adjust prices, names, SKUs, tax rates, or planograms. All changes are automatically synchronized and applied to the kiosk in real time.

How does refilling and operational service work?

You can restock the kiosk yourself or use one of our service partners. The refill process is simple and takes less than five minutes: activate Refill Mode, the door unlocks, remove or add items, close the door — and you’re done.

Which data is available to me?

Through Mission Control, you can access inventory levels, sales data, peak hours, and legally compliant temperature logs. Data exports for accounting and controlling are available at any time — ensuring full transparency and efficient planning.

Does the Smart Kiosk support different tax rates (e.g. 7% / 19%)?

Yes. Individual tax rates (such as 7% or 19%) can be configured for each product. The kiosk automatically applies and calculates the correct tax rate for every transaction.

How does the purchasing process work?

Customers simply tap their card or mobile wallet on the terminal. After a short pre-authorization, the door unlocks. Removed items are displayed in real time on the screen, while returned products automatically disappear from the shopping cart. When the door closes, the system automatically charges the exact total amount.

Which products are recommended for stocking?

We recommend offering a balanced and diverse assortment tailored to your customers’ needs — from fresh meals and snacks to beverages. After your order, our service team will contact you to help optimize the product selection for your specific location and target audience.
