You can manage all items centrally in Mission Control, where you can adjust prices, names, SKUs, tax rates, or planograms. All changes are automatically synchronized and applied to the kiosk in real time.

You can restock the kiosk yourself or use one of our service partners. The refill process is simple and takes less than five minutes: activate Refill Mode, the door unlocks, remove or add items, close the door — and you’re done.

Through Mission Control, you can access inventory levels, sales data, peak hours, and legally compliant temperature logs. Data exports for accounting and controlling are available at any time — ensuring full transparency and efficient planning.

Yes. Individual tax rates (such as 7% or 19%) can be configured for each product. The kiosk automatically applies and calculates the correct tax rate for every transaction.

 

Customers simply tap their card or mobile wallet on the terminal. After a short pre-authorization, the door unlocks. Removed items are displayed in real time on the screen, while returned products automatically disappear from the shopping cart. When the door closes, the system automatically charges the exact total amount.
