Der Kühlschrank ist die ganze Zeit verschlossen, gesichert durch jeweils zwei Bolzschlösser. Der Kunde muss sich über das Terminal am Kühlschrank durch einen Vorautorisierungsbetrag Zugang verschaffen. Ist genügend Geld auf dem Bankkonto verfügbar, öffnet sich der Kühlschrank automatisch.
Der Kunde kann sich nun frei am Kühlschrank bedienen: Produkte herausnehmen, durchlesen und anfassen. Sollte ein Produkt wieder in den Kühlschrank zurückgestellt werden, wird es automatisch aus dem Warenkorb entfernt. Der Warenkorb wird über das Display an linken Seite des Kühlschranks angezeigt.
Sobald der Kunde die Tür des Kühlschranks geschlossen hat, wird der Betrag der entnommenen Produkte abgerechnet.
Mit unserem Verwaltungstool „Mission Control“ haben Sie alle wichtigen Daten stets im Blick. Sie erhalten Einblicke in Stoßzeiten und erfahren, wann der optimale Zeitpunkt für die Befüllung des Kühlschranks ist. Darüber hinaus können Sie detailliert nachverfolgen, welche Produkte bei jedem Einkauf entnommen werden.
Das Tool erstellt außerdem mehrmals pro Stunde einen Temperatur-Log, der den gesetzlichen Vorgaben entspricht. Diese Daten können Sie bei Bedarf ganz einfach exportieren – genauso wie alle Zahlungsinformationen, beispielsweise für Ihren Steuerberater.

Der Kühlschrank wird im sogenannten Befüllermodus befüllt. Sobald dieser Modus aktiviert ist, öffnet sich der Kühlschrank automatisch. Entnehmen Sie die Produkte, die Sie nicht mehr verkaufen möchten. Wählen Sie anschließend Ihr neues Produkt über das Touchdisplay aus, das Sie zuvor angelegt haben, und füllen Sie die neuen Artikel auf.
Nachdem Sie die neuen Produkte aufgefüllt haben, schließen Sie den Kühlschrank wieder – und fertig! So einfach funktioniert die Befüllung.
Nein, beim Anlegen der Produkte können Sie problemlos beliebige Steuersätze, wie 7 % oder 19 % MwSt, auf die Artikel anwenden. Der Kühlschrank verarbeitet diese Steuersätze automatisch, ohne Probleme.
